Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchase options.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries or access based on the billing frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each billing period unless you cancel.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time using the cancellation link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at info@yaqeenbooks.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch.

Payment may be collected at checkout or shortly before the product ships, depending on how the pre-order is configured.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
