Thanks for choosing Yaqeen Books. We now sell digital e-books and physical books. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for each. It’s designed to be clear and fair, while meeting consumer-protection standards in the regions where we sell. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
1) Who this policy covers

Purchases made directly on our site (including the product page for “The Top 500 Words in the Qur’an (Physical Book + Bonuses)”).

If you bought from a marketplace or retailer, please contact them directly, as their policies apply.
2) Digital e-Books (instant downloads)

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email info@yaqeenbooks.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.
How to request

Email info@yaqeenbooks.com with subject line “Refund Request – eBook”.

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
What happens next

We’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Your access to the e-book will be revoked, and you agree to delete any copies previously downloaded.

We refund the e-book price paid. We cannot control any currency conversion differences or fees charged by your bank/payment provider.
Note for UK/EU customers: You usually lose the legal right to cancel digital content once download/streaming begins with your consent. We voluntarily provide a 30-day guarantee on top of your statutory rights.
3) Physical Books (return required)
Change-of-Mind Returns – 30 Days from Delivery
You can return a physical book within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition

Please return items in resalable condition (you may open and reasonably inspect—like you could in a shop).

If handling goes beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the book (e.g., heavy use, writing/marking, missing pages, damage), we may deduct an appropriate amount to reflect diminished value, as permitted by consumer laws.
What we refund

The product price you paid.

If you cancel within the statutory window (e.g., UK/EU 14 days), we will also refund the standard outbound shipping you selected (but not any premium/express upgrade).

Return postage for change-of-mind is paid by you. Keep proof of postage and tracking.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

If confirmed, we’ll replace the item or refund you (your choice). In these cases, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping where a return is required.
How to return

Email info@yaqeenbooks.com with subject “Return Request – Physical Book” within the timelines above.

We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the returns address and instructions.

Pack securely and use a tracked service. Include your order number and RMA inside the parcel.

On receipt, we’ll inspect the item within 2–3 business days and process your refund or replacement.
Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank/card may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

We’re not responsible for currency conversion changes or fees charged by your bank/payment provider.

4) Exchanges
Need the same title replaced due to damage/defect? We can exchange once verified. Otherwise, please return for a refund and place a new order.
5) Bundles & Digital Bonuses
If your physical purchase includes digital bonuses, those digital entitlements will be revoked if the physical order is refunded. If you keep the order (e.g., partial refund for minor damage), digital bonuses remain.
6) How we handle “Delivered” but not received
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the parcel:

Check with household members, reception/concierge, neighbours, or your designated safe place.

Contact the local carrier with your tracking number.

Email info@yaqeenbooks.com so we can open a trace and advise next steps.
7) Chargebacks & duplicate refunds
If you request a refund via us and file a bank/PayPal dispute at the same time, processing may be delayed. We’ll work with you to resolve through a single channel to avoid duplicate outcomes.
8) Legal bits & your rights

We comply with applicable consumer laws in customers’ jurisdictions (e.g., UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Where local law grants you greater protection than this policy, those rights apply.
