Thank you for choosing Yaqeen Books. We ship worldwide and truly appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. It applies to purchases made on the product page for “The Top 500 Words in the Qur’an (Physical Book + Bonuses)”.


1) Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the product page will indicate an expected dispatch date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together when all items are available (unless otherwise stated).

2) Delivery Timeframes (Worldwide)

  • Standard worldwide delivery typically arrives in 7 to 20 calendar days from dispatch, depending on destination and carrier performance.

  • The above timeframes are estimates and exclude customs inspection times, remote area service limitations, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

If your order has not arrived after 20 calendar days from dispatch, please contact us at info@yaqeenbooks.com so we can investigate.
UK/EU customers: if we are unable to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation (and no alternative date is agreed), you may cancel your order for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3) Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, weight, and service.

  • We may use trusted postal services and/or courier partners. Service selection is at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery to your address.

4) Order Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.

  • Some destinations or postal services may provide limited tracking. If you need help tracking your parcel, email us at info@yaqeenbooks.com.

5) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • We ship DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid unless otherwise stated. Customs procedures can cause delays beyond our original estimates.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment, suite, building and correct post/ZIP code).

  • We cannot reroute parcels once shipped. If you need to change an address before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@yaqeenbooks.com.

7) Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged)

  • Delayed: If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us so we can check with the carrier.

  • Lost: A parcel is considered lost after the carrier’s investigation window (varies by country and service). We’ll assist with a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms loss or the reasonable investigation period has passed.

  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to the circumstances.

8) “Delivered” but Not Received

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received it:

    1. Check with household members, reception/concierge, neighbors, and any designated safe place.

    2. Contact the local carrier office with your tracking number.

    3. If still unresolved, email info@yaqeenbooks.com. We’ll help start a carrier trace and advise next steps.

9) Undeliverable/Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to pay customs charges:

    • We can resend it once you confirm a correct address and pay any applicable re-shipping fee; or

    • We can refund the order minus original shipping costs (and any return shipping or customs costs we incur), unless the return was due to our error.

10) PO Boxes, APO/FPO/BFPO & Remote Areas

  • Delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/BFPO, or remote locations may have longer transit times or service restrictions. If a selected carrier cannot deliver to your address, we’ll choose the next best available service.

11) Split Shipments

  • For efficiency, your order may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking information for each parcel where available.

12) Digital Bonuses

  • Any digital bonuses included with your purchase are delivered electronically and are not affected by shipping times. If you don’t receive your digital items, please check your spam/junk folder or contact info@yaqeenbooks.com.

13) Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, war, pandemics, customs delays).

14) Your Statutory Rights

  • Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
